APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are informed of the appointment of BDO South Africa Incorporated as auditors of Phumelela
Gaming and Leisure Limited for the current financial year ending 31 July 2020 following the
resignation of KPMG Inc.
This appointment will be put to shareholders at the annual general meeting.
