FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published on 17 August 2020 and are advised that in order to
ensure that NEPI Rockcastle maintains a strong balance sheet and ample liquidity during the present operating
environment, the board of directors of NEPI Rockcastle (the “Board”) has adopted a prudent approach and resolved
not to declare a dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (compared to the dividend per share of 29.02 euro
cents for the prior corresponding period). In this regard, shareholders are referred to the interim consolidated
financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 which will be published on 21 August 2020.
In order to return value to shareholders during these unprecedented times, the Board has proposed a capitalisation
issue, full details of which will be released in due course.
The financial information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the
Company’s auditors.
