CHANGE IN DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL AUDITOR
Shareholders are advised that as a result of a reallocation of
audits amongst audit partners, the Company's independent
auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have recommended Mr. Andrew
Kilpatrick as the new designated individual auditor, replacing
Mrs. Camilla Howard-Browne. The Board has accepted this
recommendation. The appointment of Andrew Kilpatrick as the
Company’s designated individual auditor will take effect
immediately.
