DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are advised that on 20 August 2020, Estate Late Joseph Pollack, sold 525 209 Octodec ordinary
shares at a price of R5.90 per share to Joseph Pollack Investments CC (of which Estate Late Joseph Pollack
holds a 69.28% interest) for a total transaction value of R3 098 733.10. Myron Pollack (a non-executive
director of Octodec) is the sole executor and a one-third beneficiary of Estate Late Joseph Pollack and holds
a 10.24% member’s interest in Joseph Pollack Investments CC. Accordingly, Estate Late Joseph Pollack and
Joseph Pollack Investments CC are associates of Myron Pollack. Following the transaction there is no change
in the nature of Myron Pollack’s indirect beneficial interest in the 525 209 Octodec ordinary shares. The
transaction was conducted on-market and clearance to deal was obtained.
