In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Acorim
Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) has been appointed as company secretary to Dipula with effect from 1 September 2020.
Acorim is an independent company secretarial and corporate governance advisory service provider.
The board of directors of Dipula thanks CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited for their previous contribution to
the Company.
