Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 19 August
2020, and are advised that the Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”) received an offer from
BedFred on 25 August 2020. The offer document is available on the Company’s website at :

BetFred has requested that this offer be circulated to affected persons. Betfred has further
indicated that it will propose a motion to direct the practitioner to adjourn the meeting in order
to revise the plan for further consideration in terms of section 152(1)(d)(ii) of the Companies
Act, no.71 of 2008.
