Shareholders were advised in the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 30
June 2020 that Ms Olufunke (Funke) Ighodaro would join the Sabcap board as an independent non-
executive director and as a member of the four board committees, with effect from 1 October 2020.
Shareholders are now advised that the effective date of Ms Olufunke’s appointment has changed and she
will join the board on 31 December 2020.
