Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures – ETFGLD
1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 01 September 2020, issued an additional 250,000
AfricaGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R326.4410 per additional AfricaGold
debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,451.503 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 12,955,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 127,084.926 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
