SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) refers to the announcement dated 18 August 2020 wherein
shareholders were advised that the abovementioned company have failed to submit their provisional
report within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE's Listings Requirements together with the two-
month period afforded under “FSCA COMMUNICATION 15 OF 2020 (FM) – Supervision” dated 03 April
2020. On 18 August 2020 it was stated that if the abovementioned company still fail to submit their
provisional report on or before 31 August 2020, their listing may be suspended.
The JSE wishes to advise that the provisional report have not been submitted on or before 31 August 2020
and accordingly the listing of each of the abovementioned company has been suspended effective 1
September 2020.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
