CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
NV Simamane will be retiring by rotation at Cashbuild’s next annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be
held on 30 November 2020 and has not made herself available for re-election. Ms Simamane will
therefore retire as an independent non-executive director from the Board of Directors of Cashbuild
(the “Board”) with effect from 30 November 2020.
The Board would like to extend their gratitude to Ms Simamane for her service and guidance during
her tenure as a director.
The Board is in the process of considering its composition and will advise shareholders in due course.
