CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF A DIRECTOR’S HOLDINGS IN THE COMPANY
Shareholders are advised that on 1 September 2020, JSJ Nel transferred 3 000 000 4Sight ordinary shares to JMT
Beleggingstrust at a price of R0.264119 per share (for a total value of R792 357.96, the cost price at which JSJ Nel
acquired these shares in the open market). JMT Beleggingstrust is an associate of JSJ Nel, who is a trustee and a
beneficiary of JMT Beleggingstrust. After these transactions, there is no change in the total direct and indirect beneficial
interests of JSJ Nel’s interest in 4Sight shares. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance to deal was
obtained.
