Shareholders are referred to Resilient’s consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020 released on
SENS on 26 August 2020. Shareholders are advised that Resilient’s audited financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2020 are available on the Company’s website (https://www.resilient.co.za/downloads.htm?Subcategory=2020).
The financial statements have been audited by the Company’s auditor, PKF Octagon Inc., who has issued an unmodified
audit opinion on the financial statements. The auditor’s opinion identifies investment property and debt covenants
as key audit matters.
