3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements
In accordance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the
Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Company has received formal notification
that Allan Gray Proprietary Limited on behalf of underlying clients (“Allan
Gray”), has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by
Allan Gray amounts to 5.14% of the total issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed
the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
