RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement published on 23 July 2020, shareholders are advised that
Mettle is still in discussions with Tradehold Limited regarding the potential acquisition of its 10%
shareholding in Reward Investments Limited (“RIL”), the holding company of Reward Finance Group
Limited (“the Proposed Acquisition”). If implemented, the Proposed Acquisition would result in RIL
becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mettle. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in their Mettle shares until a further announcement is made.
