Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 28 August
2020 regarding the listing approval and the private placement for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the results of the private placement.
Cash subscription
The total cash subscription to the private placement is for an
amount of R 9 420 000 (Nine Million Four Hundred and Twenty thousand
rand).
