CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are notified
of the following change to the board.
Mr Abubaker Varachhia has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the
Company with immediate effect, as well as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member
of the Social and Ethics Committee.
The Board takes this opportunity to sincerely thank Mr Varachhia for his valuable contribution and
support to the Company during his term of office.
