30 June 2020 and the group annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 are available for

The audited consolidated annual financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2020 have been audit ed
by the Company's auditors, Ernst & Young Inc. who expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon (the Audit
Report). The Audit Report includes the communication of key audit matters which are disclosed on pages 10
to 13 of the consolidated annual financial statements.
The consolidated annual financial statements may also be viewed, at no cost, at the registered offic e of t he
Company and the office of its Debt Sponsor, during ordinary business hours, for a period of 30 calendar days
following the date of this announcement. Copies of the full announcement may also be obtained from the
