LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI EM ESG ENHANCED FEEDER PORTFOLIO (“THE
PORTFOLIO”) - STXEME
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 7 September
2020 regarding the results of the private placement for subscription
to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the listing of the portfolio.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix MSCI EM ESG Enhanced Feeder Portfolio will issue 204 446 (Two
hundred and four thousand four hundred and forty six) securities,
comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions, to list on
the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of approximately R45.15 per security, to
commence trading on Thursday, 10 September 2020.
