APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), the Board of Directors of SOH is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Werner Petrus Basson (“Werner”) as an Executive Director and Chief
Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect from 14 September 2020.
Werner has broad experience in financial management and was previously the CFO of
a JSE-listed entity.
The Board welcomes Werner to SOH and looks forward to working with him.
Following Werner’s appointment, Mr Koos Bekker will cease acting in the dual capacity
of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Acting CFO. Mr Bekker’s responsibilities will
continue as that of the CEO.
