Vivo Energy announces the appointment of Minna Gonzalez-Gomez, who will take over the role of
Group Company Secretary with effect from 10 September 2020.
Following Minna’s appointment, Adrian De Souza will step down from his role as Group Company
Secretary with effect from 10 September 2020. Adrian will continue in his role as General Counsel
of the Company.
