AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTOR’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020
In accordance with paragraph 7.4 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that
the annual financial statements of The Bidvest Group Limited (the “Guarantor”) for the year ended 30 June
2020 (the “financial statements”), are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements are also available on the Guarantor’s website at https://www.bidvest.co.za/financial-
results-archive.php.
Noteholders are further advised that the audit report on the financial statements is unqualified. Due to the
classification of Bidvest Car Rental as a discontinued operation, the 2019 financial information has been
restated in compliance with IFRS 5.
