RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the board of directors of
the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms. Phumzile Langeni (“Ms. Langeni”) tendered her
resignation as an independent non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the
Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, which resignation was accepted by the Board
on 15 September 2020. The effective date of Ms. Langeni’s resignation from the Board shall be at the
Annual General meeting on 10 November 2020, however her resignation as a member of the
Remuneration and Nomination Committees shall be effective from 15 September 2020.
The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Ms. Langeni for her commitment and service to the
Company over the years.
The Board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable replacement. Shareholders will be
advised as soon as such an appointment has been made.
