In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Insimbi wishes to
advise that it has terminated the services of Bridge Capital Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd as sponsor to
the Company with effect from 1 January 2021. Both parties have agreed to end the relationship on
amicable terms.
