NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF LIBSTAR SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No.71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Libstar shareholders are advised that the
Company has received formal notification that Kagiso Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited (“Kagiso
Asset Management”) has, in aggregate, acquired of an interest in the ordinary share capital of Libstar,
such that the total interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company held by Kagiso Asset
Management now amounts to 10.12% of the total issued ordinary share capital of Libstar.
Libstar has notified the Takeover Regulation Panel of the above in accordance with its obligations under
section 122 of the Companies Act.
