CHANGE OF SPONSOR AND TRANSFER SECRETARIES
Shareholders are advised that the Company has appointed The
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited as JSE Limited ("JSE")
Sponsor to Mpact, with effect from 1 October 2020.
Shareholders are further advised, that in terms of paragraph 11.39
of the JSE Listings Requirements, Computershare Investor Services
(Pty) Limited will replace Link Market Services South Africa (Pty)
Ltd ("Link") as transfer secretaries to Mpact, with effect from 1
December 2020.
