APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Ms Nomavuso Mnxasana has been appointed as an independent
non executive director to the Blue Label Board (“Board”) and as a member to the Blue Label
Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect from 18 September 2020.
Ms Mnxasana was a senior partner and member of the executive committee of SizweNtsaluba
VSP before serving a group audit and risk executive at Imperial Holdings Limited. She is a former
director of Nedbank Group and the JSE Limited and currently holds directorships at Barloworld
Limited, Arcelor Mittal SA Limited and Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited.
The Board takes great pleasure in welcoming Ms Mnxasana and wishes her a long and
prosperous career with the Group.
