Noteholders are advised that GCR Ratings (“GCR”) has, on 17 September 2020, upgraded Resilient’s
national scale long-term issuer rating, as follows:

GCR has also affirmed the national scale short-term issuer rating of A1+(za) and the ratings remain on
a stable outlook.
