AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
Clicks Group is pleased to announce the appointment of independent non-
executive director Mfundiso “JJ” Njeke as a member of the group’s audit and risk
committee. JJ’s appointment is with effect from 21 September 2020.
Clicks Group chairman David Nurek said: “JJ’s extensive business and
leadership experience, and his professional expertise as an accountant will be of
significant benefit to the audit and risk committee, and we look forward to working
with JJ in this capacity.”
