IAP advises that on 24 September 2020 it received a notification of change of beneficial ownership in IAP, being
a Form 604: Notification of change of interests of substantial holder, from the Vanguard Group in which the
Vanguard Group advised that on 18 September 2020 it had voting power of 7.524% in IAP. The notification was
provided to the Australian Securities Exchange on 24 September 2020 by the Responsible Entity on behalf of
Investec Group.
