NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that SA Corporate has received formal notification
from Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd (“SIM”), acting as agent of its clients, of an acquisition
by SIM of SA Corporate ordinary shares, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by SIM, acting as agent of its clients, now amounts to 5.25% of SA Corporate’s total
issued ordinary shares.
SA Corporate has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
