WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 16 October
2019, 27 November 2019, 14 January 2020, 25 February 2020, 7 April 2020,
25 May 2020, 7 July 2020 and 19 August 2020 advising that the Company has entered into
negotiations, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the parties were not able to reach agreement on certain
key transaction terms and negotiations have accordingly been terminated.
Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
the Company’s securities.
