APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that following the announcement
released on SENS 27 July 2020, that Mrs Nadia Winde (“Nadia”) has been appointed as
group chief financial officer and director of the Company with immediate effect.
Nadia, a qualified CA(SA) has been with the Group for over 6 years during which time she
has been in charge of Group finance including the compilation of interim financial results and
the Integrated Annual Report and the related SENS announcements.
