RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Noteholders are advised that Dr Gert Cruywagen has resigned as an Independent Non-executive
Director of Accelerate due to increasing ongoing work commitments, with effect from 2 October 2020.
Dr Cruywagen also served as the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit and Risk
Committee, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and member of the Nominations Committee.
Dr Cruywagen served on the board of Accelerate (the “Board”) since June 2013 and the Board
expresses its appreciation and gratitude to Dr Cruywagen for his valuable contribution and wise
insights provided during his tenure.
The Board is in the process of considering the appointment of additional Non-executive Directors to
the Board, with a particular focus on property and financial skills.
An announcement will be made regarding the replacement of Dr Cruywagen in the various roles that
he fulfilled, in due course.
