RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) advises that Mrs Reana van Zyl has resigned as Company Secretary with
effect from 4 December 2020.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Reana for her exceptional commitment and the significant
contribution she has made to Hudaco over the past 11 years and to wish her well in her future
endeavours.
A further announcement will be made on the appointment of a replacement in due course.
