FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE ACQUISITION OF RONDEBOSCH MEDICAL
CENTRE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 26 March 2020 regarding the acquisition of an
additional 70% of Rondebosch Medical Centre (“RMC”), and (using the terms defined therein unless
otherwise stated), shareholders are advised that, all conditions precedent have now been fulfilled and
the Acquisition has been finalised. As part of the settlement, the Company issued 7 994 924 shares at
R9,85 per share to finalise the Acquisition, representing 12% shareholding in RH Bophelo. This has
improved the public shareholding spread in terms of section 4.28 (c) of the JSE Listing Requirements.
