SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) wishes to advise that the above mentioned company have failed
to submit its annual financial statement (“annual reports”) within the four-months period stipulated in the
JSE's Listings Requirements together with the two-month period afforded under “FSCA COMMUNICATION
15 OF 2020 (FM) – Supervision” dated 03 April 2020. On 1 September 2020 it was stated that if the
abovementioned company still fail to submit its annual report on or before 30 September 2020, its listing
may be suspended.
The JSE wishes to advise that the annual report has not been submitted on or before 30 September 2020
and accordingly the listing of the abovementioned company has been suspended effective
12 October 2020.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
