SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83
(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 9 October 2020,
the Company received formal notification from Steyn Capital Management (Pty) Ltd that it had
disposed of ordinary shares of Sun International for and on behalf of its clients.
Accordingly, and following the notice, which was dated 6 October 2020, Steyn Capital
Management (Pty) Ltd now holds 8.956% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
