CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of TCS
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Lindikhaya Sipoyo (“Lindikhaya”) has resigned as Chief
Executive Officer (“CEO”) with effect from 20 July 2020.
The Board thanks Lindikhaya for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
TCS will commence with the process to appoint a new CEO in due course and shareholders will be advised
once such an appointment has been made.
