TERMINATION OF BDO SOUTH AFRICA INCORPORATED AS AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that, following the meeting of the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) on
13 October 2020, the Board resolved to terminate the external audit services provided by BDO South
Africa Incorporated (“BDO”) with effect from 14 October 2020 as the Board considers that BDO is no
longer best suited to act as MRI’s auditors.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of identifying and appointing new
auditors.
