NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS OF GUARANTOR
Calgro M3 Developments Limited hereby notifies its debt investors that the unaudited condensed
consolidated interim financial results of its guarantor, Calgro M3 Holdings Limited, for the six months
ended 31 August 2020 (“interim financial results”) have been publicly released.
The interim financial results are available on the Calgro website at www.calgrom3.com and for
inspection at Calgro’s registered office at Calgro M3 Building, Ballywoods Office Park, 33 Ballyclare
Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2021.
