RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Andrew Crocker has tendered
his resignation as Executive Director of Astral Foods with
effect from 31 January 2021, due to his decision to immigrate.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Crocker for his valuable
contribution during his time on the board and wish him well for
the future.
