are hereby advised that Nishen Daya CA (SA), in his capacity as Vice President: Finance, Treasury and
IT Strategy, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of the Issuer with immediate effect.
The board of the Issuer has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the Debt Officer.
