APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and
following the announcement released on SENS on 15 June 2020, the Adcorp board of
directors (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Noel Prendergast has been appointed as
the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and director with immediate effect.
Mr Prendergast is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He completed his articles at KPMG,
followed by a senior corporate finance role at PwC Corporate Finance, where after he held
executive positions at Clientele Limited and Wings Travel Management Limited. Mr
Prendergast has been with the Company as Interim CFO since 01 July 2020, during which
time he has navigated a complex environment and demonstrated the requisite skills and
expertise for the role of CFO.
The Board welcomes Mr Prendergast in his new role and looks forward to his contribution to
the Company.
