Shareholders are referred to the trading statement which was published on SENS on 22 October 2020 in which it was
advised that the Company’s annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2020 would be released on or before
26 October 2020.
Due to unforeseen delays experienced with regard to the external audit process, shareholders are hereby advised that
the audited financial statements which were due to be published on 26 October 2020 will be released as soon as
practically possible.
