RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors
of TeleMasters (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Michael Vosloo has resigned as Chief
Financial Officer with effect from 31 October 2020. The Board takes this opportunity of thanking Michael
for his dedicated contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Wikus Roos (“Roos”) as Chief Financial Officer
with effect from 1 November 2020. Roos is a CA(SA) with 38 years’ experience, 31 years of which was as a
partner in the Gauteng Assurance practice of PwC where he served a wide range of multinational, listed
and small to large private clients across a range of industries. During this time, Roos spent 12 years as a
member of the PwC Gauteng Audit Executive as Group Leader.
