RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR shareholders
(“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that Ms Mandy Hogan has indicated that she will be emigrating
and the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) has accordingly accepted her resignation as
SPAR’s company secretary with effect from 31 December 2020. The process to appoint a suitable
replacement to Ms Hogan is ongoing and Shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has
been made.
The Board would like to thank Ms Hogan for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
