NOTIFICATION OF AN INCREASE IN MARGIN AND AMENDMENT TO THE INTEREST PAYMENT
NOTIFICATION
In accordance with paragraph 29 of the ING375 applicable pricing supplement, the Issuer is required
to increase the Note Margin, subject to the receipt of a Re-priced Margin Rate, as contemplated in
clause 8.2 of the Facility Agreement. The Issuer wishes to confirm that it has received a Re-Priced
Margin Rate and hereby notifies noteholders that the Note Margin has increased by 35 basis points,
such that the new margin is 2.35%.
The new margin applies to the interest period 31 July 2020 to 30 October 2020, and all interest periods
thereafter. Noteholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 October
2020 and notified of the following amendment to the interest payment due 30 October 2020:
