NO CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Zarclear’s integrated annual report, incorporating extracts from the audited annual
financial statements for the 15 months ended 30 June 2020 (on which the auditors expressed an unmodified audit
opinion), has been dispatched to shareholders today, 28 October 2020 and contains no changes to the summarised
audited consolidated results for the 15 months 30 June 2020, released on SENS on 22 September 2020.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Zarclear shareholders, which will be held
on the 9th floor, Bidvest Building, Katherine Towers, 1 Park Lane, Wierda Valley, Sandton, at 10h30 on Thursday,
26 November 2020.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
17 November 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 20 November 2020.
