Pursuant to paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that the
annual financial statements of the Issuer and the Annual financial statements and Integrated Report of The
Bidvest Group Limited (the “Guarantor”) for the year ended 30 June 2020 (collectively the “financial
statements”), are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements are also available on the Guarantor’s website at https://www.bidvest.co.za/dmtn-
cp.php and https://www.bidvest.co.za/integrated-annual-report-archive.php.
Noteholders are further advised that the audit reports on the financial statements were unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
