Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders
of the Royal Bafokeng Platinum Senior Unsecured Convertible Registered Bonds are hereby advised
that Mr Hanre Rossouw, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as RBPlat’s
Debt Officer with immediate effect.
The RBPlat Board has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and experience
of the Debt Officer.
